Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Topping:

3 tsp brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon 

Could add more of each if needed.


1 cup sour cream

2 cups white sugar

1 cup butter (salted)

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

2 cup flour (all purpose)

1 tsp baking powder


Directions:

Cream 1 cup butter and 2 cups white sugar, Beat in 2 eggs, Fold in 1 cup sour cream 1 tsp vanilla. Add 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder. Beat until smooth.

Grease pan

Spoon half of mixture in greased pan or even a bundt pan. Sprinkle some of the topping, Add remaining batter and the remaining topping. 


Bake at 350 55-60 mins

check the cake around 45-50 mins to see if middle is getting cooked. Bring out of oven and let it cool for around 15 mins.
